Shipping Duration

Shipment will be made promptly within 3 - 5 business days in principle.

* With the exception of a few items, all shipments will be given a tracking number. Please be assured. However, it may take several days for the tracking number to be reflected.

* However, delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, inclement weather, international conditions, or increased customs inspections. Please understand this in advance.

* Additional remote area fees may apply for shipments FedEx or DHL. In such cases, we will contact you for confirmation before shipping.
